Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment
At Jobio Fuel, we believe that the transition to sustainable energy should be inclusive and accessible to everyone. We are committed to ensuring that our digital store and HVO resources are accessible to all users, regardless of their visual, hearing, cognitive, or motor abilities.
Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.
Accessibility Features on Our Store
To ensure a seamless shopping experience for HVO, we have implemented the following features:
• Keyboard-Friendly Navigation: Our entire store, including the checkout process and fuel calculators, can be navigated using only a keyboard (Tab, Enter, and Arrow keys).
• Screen Reader Compatibility: We use semantic HTML and ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) labels so that screen readers can accurately describe HVO products, pricing, and site sections.
• High Color Contrast: We maintain a high contrast ratio between text and backgrounds to assist users with low vision or color blindness.
• Alt-Text for Images: All functional images, including our HVO production infographics and delivery maps, include descriptive alternative text.
• Scalable Content: Users can zoom in up to 200% on our website without losing functionality or overlapping text, ensuring readability for all.
• Clear Error Identification: Our checkout forms provide clear, text-based instructions and error messages to assist users in completing their fuel orders correctly.
Current Accessibility Status
While we strive for 100% accessibility, we recognize that some areas of the Jobio Fuel website may still have limitations:
• Some older technical Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in PDF format may not be fully optimized for screen readers.
• Third-party components, such as integrated map services for delivery tracking, are managed by external providers and may have varying levels of accessibility.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Your feedback is vital to our mission of total accessibility. If you find an area of our site that is difficult to use, please let us know. We perform regular accessibility audits to ensure that as our HVO store grows, its accessibility grows with it.
