Welcome to the Jobio Fuel online store. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) and related products made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Contract Formation• Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to buy. A legally binding contract is only formed when Jobio Fuel sends a "Dispatch Confirmation" or when the delivery vehicle departs for your site.• Business vs. Consumer: If you are buying for a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

2. Pricing and Payment• Price Volatility: The price of HVO is linked to global energy markets. The price at the time of your order is fixed once confirmed, regardless of market fluctuations before delivery.• Taxes and Duties: Prices are shown [Including/Excluding] VAT and RD (Rebels Duty) where applicable. It is the customer's responsibility to declare the correct usage (e.g., heating vs. road transport) to ensure correct taxation.• Payment: Payment must be cleared in full at the point of web-store checkout unless you have a pre-approved credit account with Jobio Fuel.

3. Delivery and Risk• Volume Measurement: The volume of HVO delivered will be determined by the calibrated meter on the Jobio Fuel delivery vehicle. This measurement is conclusive.• Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage to the fuel passes to you the moment the fuel passes from the tanker’s hose nozzle into your receiving tank or container.• Delivery Access: You must provide safe, unobstructed access for an HGV-sized tanker. If delivery is impossible due to site restrictions or safety concerns, an "Aborted Delivery Fee" will apply.

4. Customer Obligations & Safety• Tank Suitability: You warrant that the receiving tank is sound, fit for purpose, and compliant with all environmental regulations (including bunding requirements).• Overfill Prevention: It is your responsibility to ensure the tank has sufficient "ullage" (empty space) to receive the quantity ordered. Jobio Fuel is not liable for overflows caused by incorrect capacity estimates.• Product Use: You agree to use HVO only in engines or equipment approved by the manufacturer for paraffinic fuels (EN 15940).

5. Quality and Specification• Standard Compliance: Jobio Fuel guarantees that all HVO supplied meets the EN 15940 international standard.• Contamination: Jobio Fuel is not liable for fuel contamination that occurs after delivery due to dirty customer tanks, water ingress in your storage, or the "mixing" of HVO with inferior legacy fuels in your tank.

6. Liability and Indemnity• Environmental Liability: You agree to indemnify Jobio Fuel against all claims, costs, or fines resulting from leaks or spills caused by your faulty storage equipment.• Indirect Loss: Jobio Fuel shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business interruption, or damage to machinery due to improper fuel application.• Cap on Liability: Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the total price paid for the fuel in that specific transaction.

7. Cancellations and Returns• Cancellation Window: You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.• Non-Returnable Nature: Due to the nature of the product and the risk of contamination, HVO cannot be returned once it has been discharged into your tank or container.

8. Force MajeureJobio Fuel is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, national fuel shortages, strikes, or road closures.

9. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., England and Wales]. 10. Before adding HVO fuel to your vehicle  You must check with your vehicle manufacture that your vehicle is compatible with HVO Bio fuel EN15940 or ASTMD975
